Men Hence ships its products through professional and international courier services such as DHL Express, FedEx, Deutsche Post, USPS, GLS, and other trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.
All orders received before 12:00 PM (CET) on weekdays will be shipped on the same business day, whenever possible.

Once your order has been shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you so you can track your package.

Men Hence ships orders to countries worldwide.
Shipping charges are:
- USA & Canada: Flat rate of $19
- EU: Flat rate of €19
- Other countries: Shipping charges depend on the destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PO Boxes & APO Addresses
As a special customer service, Men Hence may deliver to PO Boxes and APO (Army Post Office) addresses where available.
Orders shipped to these addresses may need to be sent through regular postal services, which can significantly increase transit times, potentially by up to 10 additional business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can occasionally cause unforeseen delays.
Men Hence is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import restrictions, customs duties, VAT, or any other taxes or charges applicable in the destination country.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Men Hence cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
We can only use the information provided by the customer during checkout to process and deliver the order.
Delivery Attempts
Men Hence and its delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout.
Where applicable, the courier may make up to three delivery attempts and may contact you by email, phone, or text message regarding delivery.
If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the package is returned or considered delivered according to the courier's applicable policy, Men Hence may not be able to provide a refund for the order.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address or failed delivery caused by the customer.
